MAD Charleston 2022 Event Summary

Our 8th event on Oct. 8, 2022, was held on one of the best weather days
that we’ve had in many years. We hosted almost 50 Active-duty Troops fishing,
and we fed about 115 participants and volunteers. The only unfortunate part last
year was that Sanibel Island in Florida was hit by a monstrous hurricane one week
before our event, and we lost Troops that were called up to assist in cleanup.

Thank you to Carolina Composites for their continued support, and Rivers
Edge Marina for use of the facilities.

We’re looking forward to our next event coming up in October.
